Calgary, Alberta LDS Temple Open House

We took a quick trip to Calgary for the LDS Temple Open House and are so glad we did.  Location of the temple is incredible with amazing views of downtown Calgary as well as the surrounding foothills.  Craftsmanship was inspiring with a wheat motif throughout and the murals in the Telestial Room really made the temple unique to Alberta and the beauty of this province.  Weather was a bit gloomy so the pictures are not as nice as we had hoped but it was a wonderful experience and we would encourage anyone who has the time to take in this open house before it's dedication on the 28th of October to do so.
