Easter Message
As most of the Christian World celebrated Easter this past weekend I
reflected upon a number of things most of which included my family and
the close bonds that we share and the struggle that it is to maintain
the fabric of life that interweaves our hearts and souls.  My wife and I
enjoyed a meal at one of our favorite restaurants a few nights ago and
as I looked about and observed the other patrons I noted that many there
were families, however, most were spending their time staring at an
electronic device rather than interacting with one another.  We
absolutely live in a fast paced world and as a parent and grandparent I
see these rare opportunities for one on one interaction with family
slipping away and would that I could turn back time and have some
do-overs.  At this Easter, I am challenging myself and would you as well
to reflect on what you are writing on the tablet of your heart and
worry less about what you write on the tablet in your hands.
